Dog owner Dr. David Best recently threw a Bark Mitzvah to celebrate his pup Elvis’s thirteenth birthday with special guests Patti Lupone and Dr. Ruth Westheimer. We imagine the Arf-Torah must have sounded a little something like “Baroof ata adonoi.” The cost of the fete? $10,000!
